Frequently Asked Questions

Below are the answers to the most common queries regarding WebLectures.

If you have a question that is not answered here, please Contact Us.

1. What additional preparation is required on the speakers part?

No more than for a normal presentation. The most common problem is where there is too much information on a slide or overhead, or where the content is too small to be seen at a distance.

2. What is the process of converting the visual displays used by the speaker?

If the visuals are computer generated (e.g. PowerPoint) then all you need is a copy of the file.
If the visuals are either transparencies or slides, it will be necessary to convert them.

3. What about copyright?

We supply the service of creating an electronic version of a lecture and the ability to distribute this copy. Copyright of the lecture material remains with the speaker/conference organiser.
